Jr., C.P.A., Shareholder - John has been a CPA
in public practice since graduating from Stetson University
in 1982. He has always been an advocate of small business.
His extensive experience in the condominium / homeowner association
industry includes past president of Community Association
Institute - Suncoast Chapter and past chairman of the FICPA
Common Interest Realty Association. He serves as trustee for
various type of trusts and is a frequent speaker and author
on tax and accounting
issues.

L. McAuliffe, C.P.A., - Becky, a graduate of the
University of South Florida, was in private industry real
estate development prior to entering public accounting. In
addition to condominium tax and auditing, her concentration
is individual and corporate income taxes including LLC's and
partnerships. She also has extensive knowledge of small business
software.

C.P.A., - Felicia, a graduate in accounting and finance from
Florida State University, had three years experience in private
industry accounting before joining our firm. She is focused on
condominium and individual tax returns. |

of South Florida, served in a national retail organization
prior to entering public accounting. She is experienced in all
areas of public accounting for small business including monthly
financial statements and payroll tax returns. She is proficient
in auditing and accounting applications of condominium and homeowner
